If the program needs to be reinstalled you need to download the trial version then register with
your license code. And then you will have the problem of it asking for it again and again. Support
was reasonably fast but did not help! It still keeps asking for the code then take you to buy the
thing again and again. Very frustrating. Still no solution!!!
elek: I regret to inform you, this problem your having with "Drivers Genus" is nothing
more/less short of a "Marketing Strategy" employed by the software manufacture. It can not be
repaired, as it is not broken. In order to up date this program, you should UNINSTALL it first,
then install the downloaded updated program. I have been in "Art's and Advertisement" for 4
years, and it was in our books.
